I was in Alaska once. Dead of night, -30f no wind. Your nose hair freeze when you inhale. Inhaling deeply from your mouth burns a little. Very weird sensation. It was cold, but didn't feel as cold as other times I've been at higher temperature. I think perhaps the humidity was very low up there, and wind makes everything feel much colder.

Wow, that's crazy, but what an adventure!

Any extreme in temperature, whether it's extreme cold, or extreme heat, it's just bad.

The wind can really make it feel so much colder.

Stay warms everyone! But not too warm ^^;

Very good advice! I know I sometimes bundle up so much I start to feel uncomfortably hot, and then it's just as bad as being too cold! It's hard to judge the right temperature to be in that zone of ultimate comfort! ^^

<the fairies dance gaily in the moonlight. Lighthearted and carefree, they dance up to the one that watches them, tugging her sleeves and her hands, trying to get her to join the fun>. <the fairies dance around her, making warmth and light spring up from wherever their feet touch the ground. They trail streams of light behind them, taking to the air and diving to the ground, making beautiful shapes in the ground and in the air>. <they laugh and sing with soft, friendly voices, that seem to whisper in the mind, telling of good times to come>. <dance with us, they seem to be saying. Dance with us, it's a call she hears in her mind, and feels in her heart. As she watches them her heart seems to leap and soar with them, bringing a smile to her lips, and laughter in her eyes>. <they dance for her, laughing in song, beckoning her, inviting her, to join in the dance>.

<the dancing and the music becomes more and more beautiful, more and more serene>. <the fairies dance in and out of view, weaving between the stars, with soft steps lightly dancing on the winds>. <the moonlight joins in, sending calm, peaceful shadows rolling through, in time to the music>. <the music gets louder, but not unbearable. It seems as though the whole world is singing the same tune>. <suddenly, the meadow is alive with deer, butterflies, squirrels, little fieldmice, and a whole manner of creatures, peacefully, and gaily dancing to the music>. <they dance around the watchful onlookers, playfully bumping into them, trying to get them to join in>. <they bring gifts to the guests, and mythical beings start playing instruments. Flutes, harps, and many more are used to bring even more music to the land, as everyone dances in joy and peace>. <all of a sudden, the world is alive with song, and the guests can feel the very earth itself enjoying the festivities being made on it>.

Will you dance?
A: of course!
B: no, sorry.
