Yeah, one thing I noticed, when I didn't eat a lot of fatty, greasy foods, my back started to feel much better faster. When I still ate some, my back pain still hadn't went away. I was the same way, couldn't get comfy sitting or lying down. It felt better when I threw up, lol, but it still hurt. And then add on ab pain from throwing up, and its a world of hurt. Glad it's over for now.
