[Lemon Cheesecake]

The instant pot pressure cooker needs a speingrom pan to make the cheesecake and I never had a reason before to have one of those types of pans. I guess I could test out one of the cake pans I do have and see if that works, don't think I have one that fits inside the pot though...

so a customer was telling me last week she thought she had a bird stuck in her engine or under her car because it kept chirping...turns out it was baby mice!!!

Mice might be cute, but only far away from my house and car, well and anything else I own!!

That's why it is nice when you can have a garage to park in. Someone I know had to replace wiring in their car because mice had eaten through it! And I think they had a cat around. some watchdog the cat was.

Yeah, I agree. They're cute as pets, but a nuisance as unwanted guests.
