I'm glad your family is ok Lemon but that's awful that they lost their house. I wish them the best of luck getting back on their feet.

It's good to have an emergency plan in place.

Hi npixelz, how are you?

thank you! I'm keeping them in my prayers since they are still stuck where they are. I was talking to a couple other people who said their places survived because they are concrete... I wonder why they don't build all the homes in hurricane areas out of concrete. Wouldn't that also help keep it cooler?

On another note - Mexico had another big earthquake !

Hi JinMay! I'm doing well, how are you?

Lemon - I hope they are not stuck for too long. I don't know why they don't use concrete everywhere down there. Maybe to cut costs?

and Mexico had its third big earthquake! kind of scary tho think so much activity on this fault line, we had a few minor tremors in areas about an hour away...kind of worried if we Californian's might get more? I am hoping the small tremors off set anything bigger. Good time to rethink the emergency packs, especially water.

So many natural disasters . . .
I'm watching out for Hurricane Maria. Doesn't look like it will be that bad but will bring strong winds in my area.

Sorry! I was busy with doctor appointments and was trying to maintain my sleep schedule.

I had to get an MRI of my neck and lower back. Neck is fine but the other showed I have gallstones. I hadn't found a new primary doctor yet so had to set that up and now hope I'm ok til I can be seen and do what needs to be done.

ugh, I hear that hurts...so sad for you... gall stones can sometimes be laser blasted but I think you might have to have the gall bladder removed like your honey did, if they can't get it... how is he with all that now anyway? <gosh, you will be twins!>
Do you also suffer with kidney stones?

I read that there's medicine that can dissolve gallstones but it's more used when surgery isn't an option. I haven't been hurting in that area in almost two weeks. I'm watching what I eat so I don't aggravate it further. I'll probably have to get surgery to remove my gallbladder. No sign of kidney stones.

Eagle is fine, just has a scar. I asked him how long he had to wait to have surgery. He had gone to the ER because of excruciating pain and it was a month later that he had surgery. I only had some back pain that wasn't too trouble and now I feel fine(although I do have fibro pain) so, I should be ok the time being.
