I'll ask for a full blood panel to be done. I don't need to worry about insurance because most stuff is covered by medicare and with bulk billing it's completely free to see a doctor. Only certain tests actually cost anything out of pocket (like MRI scans for diagnostics and stuff). Even hospital visits are free because I don't make much money. Honestly, I would be dead/homeless by now if I lived in America.
I don't know if maybe it's just chronic fatigue (I haven't been diagnosed with it though) or just from other medical conditions like coeliac disease (shakes fist at the sneaksy gluten).
I've been keeping up with my water consumption, even cut out caffeine (that was more than a few weeks ago though so it shouldn't be that). I tend to have a few bottles over the day since it's pretty warm around here.
But yeah, it's probably not the weather being cold or the days short since it's summer here.
