one of my girls called me a "Ratchet boogie(sp?) ass" because I wouldn't let her sit next to her friend in class.

2 of my boys got suspended today and I have someone in in school suspension at least twice a week.

1 of my boys called my team teacher a bitch and to fuck off.
are we allowed to say these words here? I'll edit if I need to.

They've started rumors about each other like that one girl got pregnant by another guy in class and that one guy is gay and watches porn.

mind you these are FIFTH graders... So like 10, 11 year olds.

When I was in 5th grade the worst thing anyone ever did was say bad words to another kid. No one would say this to a teacher.
These kids really are insane aren't they?

I also teach at a low income school.
It's not like this everywhere.
The school I did my student teaching at was not like this at all.
