Oby yeah but, it would still be really hard like i can only remember "my name is ___" after 6+ years of lessons So even being able to communicate the important stuff is still really cool, and i couldnt even tell english wasnt your native(natural?) language so @Spyridon How difficult is german to learn? ive wanted to visit germany for a while now
German is not especially difficult once you learn the rules of grammar. Words are pronounced exactly how they are spelled and the letters are very similar to English.
It helps to have someone to practice with. Like I said, I have a penpal and he corrects me where necessary.
Spyridon Nice xD I usually start with food bc food. :'D
@Ryvvi I think a lot don't? Also I've been able to read and write english for 13/14? years now so kind of okay. But I don't always practice it unless online, so there would be certain words/expressions that I won't get right away.
Actually some German words are not pronounced exactly how they're spelled. And their are different dialects too. Like my dialect is Swiss-Deutsche and I don't conjugate .
repetition is kind of like the same process you go through kinder and stuff Like they showed us flashcards and repeat them until we at least know half of them RN it's kind of the same but I use applications. ; 3;
I still hope to learn Japanese and Malay but 5 languages seems so much haha;;;
That is how they taught me English. Lol I accidentally got put into the wrong language class though because I don't look like the "typical" German. My dad is Jamaican and German. And my mother is american Indian and Irish. So I look Israeli or pacific islander
