Jello is just fun and tases great! It has always seemed like a space age snack, but it's actually quite old and has a lot of protein. Just don't look too closely at how they make it...

They make it by mixing jelly, jellybeans and jellyfishes together!

I've heard some brand of icecream makes a special lactose free coconut icecream. I assume they use coconut imlk instead. Sounds interesting but i don't think i'll try it

I like coconut flavored but not so thrilled about coconut milk...I tried it in a Starbuck's coffee once because they didn't have coconut flavoring, which was what I was looking for...and it was the worst drink I had ever gotten from them.

But I would try coconut milk ice cream...just to check it out.

I remember having coconut milk when i was younger.. It was kind of gross. And we tried coconut water too and it's such a peculiar taste.

I've tried coconut milk straight from the coconut but not something I'd want to do again...just has a different taste but I do love coconut flavoring and I like the almond joy chocolate bars or coconut flakes in cookies. However, I don't like the flakes on cake unless it's the sweetened ones.

Yeah we had it straight from the coconut. I love shredded coconut on things, just not by itself

Hanging out with my friend! Last night me and some family went out for pizza to celebrate someones birthday. Really cool place! And it was super tasty and authentic, not like take-away pizza!

Hanging out with a friend is always delightful! Nice you had a family outing as well! What kind of toppings did you have on the pizza?

I worked today so will have to do chores tomorrow because I will be working all week as well...but I'll make sure to take a break in between. It was so hot this afternoon...finally got our summer weather... got the fans going and is much more comfortable now.

It was nice to catch up. We had capricciosa which has ham, olives, artichoke and mushrooms on a tomato base.

At least you'll get them done before you don't have a chance during the week. Sounds like the weather for a swim!

I try goat milk but much more expensive.
