That's kind of what I meant.... Some costumes you have to make a certain way.... So you have to set them up to certain measurements and ways... And that's what took her three hours...

Lol depending on what youre making it can take a bit more than just that. Although when time was drawing near.... I had a guinea pig put the shirt on and I finished the second sleeve in half an hour... So she really just took forever. Her sleeves took a lot more time than mine ever should have xD. But I think I beat her time with her sleeves hahaha. Hers actually had to fit to her arms.... It was like a bolera sort of top piece. Mine was poofy sleeves xD

Yeah I'm really bad with Fashion styles so I understood Poofy but everything else went over my head. XD

Cute outfits pretty much sums up what I see. Ask me next week what anything other then Poofy sleeves mean and I will tell you a Fish. XD

Alright let me try it this way... If say, we wanted to swap who wears what, my friend could easily with no problem wear my Leia outfit. If I wanted to go as Elise, it might not work since the top bolero like shirt piece was made specifically to her shoulder width and overall arm size. Like the roundness, meatiness lol. Not just the length, but to the actual circumferences to ever major change in her arm.
I still need to test it out one day if I can fit into it... Cause she has sworn to never wear it again and its a great first costume I ever really made seriously.

Haha I understand the concept of it being made to fit a certain person what I am confused about is the word Bolero that is where my fashion concept goes out the window. I'm lost on the names of Fashion items like what is the difference between a Sandal and Pump or a stilleto to a pump kind of thing. XD

Its like those things that the Spanish people wear... Those super small jacket things... They only cover as far as the breast area or maybe a bit lower.. Like what my friend is wearing in the picture. The black piece with the weird design on it. Its pretty much like a bolero sort of contraption.
