Not sure. I have the images turned off my browser right now. I have to wait till my husband is sleeping. Too many tabs open with images makes him lag in League of Legends.

I think you could right click and open image in new tab from your invo and host that image.

I don't know an easy way, I just save the image and then post it to imgur and then paste it in my thread (Ciel on the first page of her November avatar contest thread told me how to do it)

I right click and copy the image link and put it in the tags that Akuyi uses to make them small. I forget what that is right now though.
