I'm so sick of hearing about Taylor Swift. I dont get the hype. Dont hate her, and I don't blame her. I hate the media who can't do anything that's not TS when TS is present, like focus on football.

Same. Paid advertising (media and entertainment industries) morphing into clicks interpreted by algorythems as being real interest. Over a certain level it goes "viral" and feeds itself/repeats by drawing in bystanders. Of course it doesn't work if star is terrible, but this is the world today.

I think it would be horrible to try to have a personal relationship with the media constantly blasting images or remarks & in your face. Why can't they just let a person be incognito when they are doing something personal.

Why can't they, like you mentioned, just focus on the event that is actually happening, like football.
I suppose the people selling tickets are happy though, they stand a chance of selling out if there is someone "famous" attending.
I wouldn't like that kind of attention.
