I think it would be horrible to try to have a personal relationship with the media constantly blasting images or remarks & in your face. Why can't they just let a person be incognito when they are doing something personal.
Why can't they, like you mentioned, just focus on the event that is actually happening, like football.
I suppose the people selling tickets are happy though, they stand a chance of selling out if there is someone "famous" attending.
I wouldn't like that kind of attention.
