Yes. Each dog breed (or race) has a different type of accepted hair cut and way to trim their hair.

Nor am I! But I have a calcium deficiency so my bones break easily. I seriously chipped a chunk off of my left wrist tripping over a dog!

Never broken or twisted anything, but my skin gets wound all the time.
