My dad's logic is if I cook then I have to clean it up and if he cooks I have to clean it up. Usually he gets to it eventually before I'm done eating though. XD

yes, sad to say that is how it often works out. I try to do a sink of soapy water and clean as I go but I hate doing pots.

I have friends who love cooking in a crock pot - soups, stew, chili even chicken and rice...they swear by it and it is all in one pot...!

I've been thinking about doing crock pot stuff! I feel weird with keeping it on during the day when i'm not home though.

I love the Crock Pot and they have Sleeves that go in the Crock Pot now where you just pull it out and it's clean!

I am hesitant to keep the pot on when I am not home too...our electrical is old but my friend said to cook it during the night or week ends then while I am home.
