Npixelz, this seems like a great idea just for a thread but if you want to do it as a game then I think it would be easier to find in the forum under game threads (plus you get extra feathers for starting a new thread).

I heard an interesting fairy fact on tv I wanted to research and now I forget what it was!

Yeah, but part of the point was to have it in this thread, so as to keep this thread as the place for all things fairy related, and so that people could find fairy facts easily. ^^
For example, once the game is over, I'm going to put all of the facts into the first post so that they can be easily viewed. ^^

But I wish there was a year of the Neko.
The year of the Doragon would be a cool year to be born in.
Or maybe the year of the Tora.
Not so much the year of the Buta, or the Ratto, or the Ondori, or the Yagi.
Maybe the year of the Usagi, or the Uma, or the Hebi, or the Monki.
Do you know the story?
Kami called them all to a banquet, but the Ratto tricked the Neko, and that's why the Neko isn't part of the 12. It's quite sad, really.

It's the Chinese zodiacs, but changed into the Japanese words for each animal.

Like so;
Pig. Buta.
Ox. Ushi.
Rat. Ratto.
Dog. Inu.
Tiger. Tora.
Rabbit. Usagi.
Rooster. Ondori.
Horse. Uma.
Snake. Hebi.
Monkey. Monki.
Dragon. Doragon.
Goat. Yagi.

And the cat who was tricked by the rat; Neko.
And Kami is God. ^^
