Also, back on Friday I found a kitty at my summer job because some dickwad decided that dumping a two month old kitten at a theme park was a good idea
Fortunately I was able to get the lil booger adopted by another employee
At first mom thought it was an old pic of her cat Left and then she saw the hoodie I was wearing (which has the park's name emblazoned across the front) and my nametag
Upon which all she sent was "no."

Yeah, I got a lot of attention that day, cuz normally I'm walking behind my cart and walking a norm speed, this time I was off to the side, going slowly, and stopping pretty regularly to reassure the poor kit that they were okay
So everyone who saw me was OMG SHE HAS A KITTY
So many wanted to pet the kit, couple wanted to hold them. Other employees, sure. Guests, specifically kids? Naw, idk if the kitty was sick or had anything on their claws so better safe than sorry
So a trek that normally takes me a couple minutes, maybe five if I'm stopped, ended up taking about twenty lol

My supervisor, when she saw the kitty was all wtf what now???????
A guy from Loss Prevention came by and went "I'll take the kitty home" so the kit got adopted, at least
