One of my friends I hadn't seen since high school was wearing an Umbreon hoodie, first time ever going to a con for her, she was excited to see me
Another friend, who has been cosplaying and going to cons for years, was Inko. She was happy to see me

Looks like everyone was having fun. (Baymax was awesome!--although I think it would kinda uncomfortable to wear it--maybe there was a fan pumping him up so there's be some airflow inside?)

So glad that everything worked out and you had some nice surprises. Will go again next year?
