Vivianne, can sunglasses help? Do you know about polarized glasses (not sunglasses) that gamer's use for e-sports? Polarized sun glasses reduce glare pretty well when you're in bright light, but gamer glasses work for indoor and low level lighting situations like when working on a computer.

I sneeze in the sun I don't know why

It's a thing: Photic sneeze reflex
So it's not an allergy, but it sure looks like one in appearance.

I have lactose intolerant. Not allergy but still pain in butt because I love milk.

Where we live they are making some pretty good milk alternatives with nuts ...like almond and cashew...even whipped cream using almond milk! Ice cream using nut milk too!

Glad your family is doing well, Adol, I'm not sure what to think on the panic over the corona virus...a flu virus has been going around over here but if you don't get tested how do we know which one it is? When I had the flu I didn't want to pay $40 for an urgent care appointment just to be told to go home and rest...and I don't even think they had the test for the corona when I got the flu...and...It is flu season after all...I mean probably every other person I spoke to had just gotten over the flu.

Lactose intolerance is a funny thing. I never had a problem with milk or milk products when I was young, then I did have issues for a while. I resorted to a product named Lactaid and I did OK. Fast forward to today, I have no issues again, but I don't drink milk by itself anymore, but eat a lot of milk products. Weird.

Crazy.

I try to avoid going outside, but sometimes when I go out and come back, I'm all sneezy.

Sounds like no fun Aido/Idol. (Please get the reference)!

What about sorbet? That uses fruit, right? Does it also use milk?
Yeah, flu season mixed with corona panic is not good.

Strange

I don't do well on cheese but I'm ok with milk and ice cream. Sorbet is good but I think it has a lot of sugar?

yes, no milk in sorbet unless it is a "mixed" combination and the ingredients should tell you. Sherbert though generally has milk.
