Certain careers use some of that stupid math... Personally I think once you meet the required basic level math that might come in handy for normal jobs, you shouldn't have to take it anymore unless you wanted to see a job with something that required more... I don't think you should risk passing college over a stupid math class you dont even need...

Lmao I never dissed subjects I'm terrible at tho. I mean I'm p terrible when it comes to my Filipino classes and I never hated it. ;v;
Research thing, finished writing & translating everything.
I just have to pass it tomorrow then do my English research papers. Qv Q

I'm not intirely dissing math... I just think that people shouldn't be forced to take classes like calculus and such if they know they aren't ever going to use it... I really could've done without alegebra and geometry....

I took pre calc in my first semester, which I found pretty difficult. The class moved very fast. Before you could fully understand one topic, the class was on to the next.

That sucks! That's what the teachers around here do in math... They just throw it on the board and go...

College isn't like high school. You're expected to do a lot of work on your own.

I was talking about high school... I hopped into work at an early age and just stayed on that path so I haven't been to college.

Depends on your college. Some colleges have study groups and such that are very helpful.

I did great in Algebra 1 but then I had Geometry in between Algebra 2! I failed at Geometry because of one stupid Formula that was needed for the entire year! I couldn't understand it no matter how hard I tried. How many people tutored me I just couldn't get it.

:0 I thought my school was retarded for breaking up algebra like that... But I guess quite a few schools do it... I don't see why... By the time you're done with geometry and go on to alg 2 then you've forgotten the formulas that you would need from alg 1...

Well I guess there's a point but like there are some topics that are taught in geom that are used in alg2?
I mean idk there but like we use it here n stuff.
