I'm thinking of making tea, because that usually makes me feel less bleh. Heh
That's true, grocery stores do deliver now. We did our shopping a few days ago and stocked up so I think we're good on things but that is always an option if we need anything.

Yeah, as long as the person who delivers doesn't have the virus. But there's less chance of getting the virus that way then by going shopping yourself. That's good you've stocked up though

You can use a disinfectant wipe to wipe down your items and wash your fresh foods with a light bleach or with soap and water to be on the safe side...of course cooking the food generally kills most bacteria or germs.

Indeed, all very good tips. Except don't you not want soap in your food? Sounds yucky

You rinse your food off and you don't use the soap direct...it's a very light amount that you can wash the outside of your apples or oranges etc with so you are not getting germs on your hands while peeling or eating germs from who ever else checked out your fruit in the grocery store.

It is sooooooooooo windy here today.

Thanks. It's mild, but this is a stressful time to be sick.

Let's not panic! Let's hope for the best!

Your body increases your temp to ward off intruders and then resumes back to normal once it feels the invasion is over.

A person shouldn't take their temperature after consuming warm foods, after a warm bath or shower or after exerting themselves or if bundled up in blankets because those all can raise your temperature half a degree or more making you at the 99 degree. If the body temp is 100 degree or more then it is possible your body is fighting something.

Whatever I have is mild! The chills aren't as terrible as usual, and the coughing has mostly calmed down. The fever, The fever, too, went from 100.5 to 99.6. So probably not aspiration, thankfully.

Oh no! Sorry you're not feeling well, Viv. Sounds like you're heading the right direction. When I was sick a few weeks ago, I had the uncontrollable coughing things. I think I even pulled a muscle in my chest from coughing so hard.

Praying for a speedy recovery for you! <3

Let's keep hoping for you being better soon, Vivianne!

Are you able to take a fever reducer? <I forget if you've mentioned it before>.

Thanks guys! This really does seem like a passing bug. I took a fever reducer at two in the morning and feel almost normal now. I just tend to be hypervigilant with anything resembling aspiration since that can go south super fast.
