The sad part? Under the five or six other companies we were under in the other years I worked (Herschend and PARC come to mind, there were some private owners too), if someone in retail flagged down a glow person for a bathroom break, no one cared
Crazy socks? Whatever
Crazy hair colors and styles? Iffy for food service for very practical and obvious health reasons
Earrings? No gauges too big please. Especially for food service
Tattoos? Cover any that are inappropriate, otherwise we Gucci
Shoes? So long they aren't blatantly not-sneakers, no problems. Unless it's raining so hard your socks and sneakers got soaked while you were in a building that happened to mom back in 2012, she ended up borrowing my crocs and I spent about half my shift barefoot. My lead that year told me to put my socks and shoes on after my feet dried out but otherwise understood why I was barefoot
Talking to a coworker on a slow day? Just keep an eye on the store while you do, and an ear on the phone
Six Flags? They flip their shit over all of that
