Nurses should seriously have to sign an agreement when they get hired that if they have poor service they should get punched in the face.....

Imagine how much better the service would be if they had to sign agreements like that? There wouldn't be hardly an issue anywhere. I mean, what kind of female (nurses are mostly female) wants to get punched in the face? And who wants to pay out of their pocket for doing a bad job?

Is there no way to get compensation?
This little "miscommunication" is actually pretty serious.
What if someone had died and family never got to know about it cause little miscommunication (failure to call family that I assume are clearly listed)

with compensation you can buy grama something pretty sweet
to make her feel better

Yes! If anything make up a contract and have them sign it. Tell them to read all of it first. They probably won't, so you can put in 'get punched in the face......' And they would probably sign it xD
