Good morning!

Hunger is a shitty feeling. If I get hungry after eating too much, I drink a lot of water. Also sometimes the body mistakes thirst signals for hunger signals.

Hmmm tiredness can be distracting as well lol. Indeed.
Spy: I don't think I've ever experienced that before... I don't eat like normal people so usually when I feel hungry its because I am indeed hungry.

Yeah thirst can do that to you actually so it's pretty common.
It happens to me even sometimes.

Jay: and fiber. Fiber fills you up more quickly so you don't feel like eating as much. Cigarettes cut your appetite too.
