The noises sound real, sometimes it sounds like someone shouting my name, mainly because my parents always holler for me, and sometimes a scratching dog which may just be something else completely. Then I hear springing noises like you hear from a spring mattress.

They're louder the later it gets.

I'm pretty sure it's not my heart beat or blood flow, and it's not tinnitus because it's not a ringing or buzzing sound.

Idk if it's mice because I'm pretty sure we solved our mice problem.
It doesn't even sound like that.

It's just my lack of sleep is making me so jumpy and paranoid.

well, those sounds are all explainable and if your house is old then it makes creaking noises that sound like a variety of things. Maybe your parents are yelling at you to go to bed or you think they are cause you know you should be going to bed.

Idk, but I know that I'm staying up so late that my body is tired, no matter if I feel tired or not.
