I know I've got to sleep soon - so tired... so much happening at work at once and we are short handed so most of it falls to me... but I had a customer that was very appreciative for all my help so that is always a lift.

I am very fortunate that way - I try to treat others how I would like to be treated and it generally is successful.

Yeah it's a good outlook in life. If everyone followed that, it would make dealing with people in general much more pleasant

then there are times when I am inspired by others - their professionalism or kindness...wisdom...so I try to learn and reflect what I have learned ( sometimes I stumble though )
