It's a kind of gourd,.
Other names are wax gourd, ash gourd, white gourd, winter gourd, tallow gourd, and ash pumpkin.
They're usually candied or added to tea! Most bubble tea places here have wintermelon-flavored tea. I think they can be used as a vegetable in dishes too.

MissAutumn, the pink heart background was from a previous Valentine event - have not seen them reappear. They also were awarded as a prize for most gifting one year.

Npix, check your inventory and see if you still need the shirts.
