Liquid fills you up quite quickly! Hot liquid makes me feel full longer.
Unfortunately, many foods do not agree with me and leave me filling bloated and gassy and not good at all. The soup had things I know now not to put in!
I agree, read the labels to see how many carbs the food has and choose foods that have lower amounts. You'd be surprised how many carbs are in a little portion of some foods!! I lost weight and have kept it off just watching my carb consumption.
