Oh yeah being company, I have that immediately
Hit 30 days, had a one on one brief meeting with the supervisor. He basically said that the biggest problem I have is I'm not trained on all the lines but that isn't even my fault. He doesn't have the people enough to have me on other lines
That meeting scared me at first because either I was getting fired or he wanted to know if I was willing to go to backpack
I know backpack sucks. Plus it doesn't have a third shift. Naaaaaaw
Thankfully just seeing how I'm doing
Did tell him that the gloves for my right hand were getting pretty well shredded so we went to get me fresh gloves. Turned out my number didn't work so he used his. So, in all, not a bad day, despite being on a different line because he had the people for it today
Yesterday I was on that line too, I figured I was about 90%. Cuz if I got stressed, my head would start kicking my ass. Today, it didn't happen. I hit 100%, I could trim on the line without help. As in the guy training me started doing other stuff instead
Line had a shutdown at lunch, so I got to pack it out after my break and then go to a different line and help them with packing. Which became an easy easy easy thing. Literally stapling the warning paper around a pump. But it needed to be done so I didn't really care
And apparently it's hard to stay out of the drama there. So far, I've been keeping out
