2. At work I had to pass him to go to the break room. He did the "I've got my eyes on you" finger pointing. I responded by blowing a kiss. Big ol' dopey smile on his face
So he definitely likes me, but is either too shy or unwilling to let others know yet

If he's making those gestures at work he's not that shy. Maybe though worried about a work place relationship? Some places don't allow dating in a work environment and will relocate the people.

And considering the plant manager's wife also works here, there's an engaged couple (they're getting married next month, iirc), and at least one other married couple on the lines, they definitely don't have that against the rules
