Plucots are a hybrid mix between apricots and plums.

Gladly, I'm full and don't want to think about eating.

I bought a bag of 40 daffodil bulbs & I am going to plant them this week end. Rodents tend not to like them & they are bright yellow so should be sunshiney bright when they come up.

I planted some daffodils near my aloe plants so hopefully it will discourage the gophers from eating my aloe.

Our neighbors grape vines grew upward on to their oak branches and they have these lovely bunches of grapes growing - only you need a ladder to get them! Interesting how nature adapts itself.

We used to have a grape vine in our back yard but they never grew very big and were always sour

Also, you get gophers? I need to see a picture if you spot one

Cool

We have some plants of our own that are creeping upwards
Same, I'd like a gopher picture

Their grapes used to be quite sour but this year ,,, maybe because they were left on so long? ... are much better. A few on the sour side but I think they weren't as ripe.

You can google a picture of the gopher ... by the time I went to take a picture it would be gone. They are pretty quick ... but you never know. At least I guess they are not ground hogs which I have never seen in real life.
