Cut some apple and dab that on your sunburn, the malic acid helps...that or put aloe vera on... or a cold wash cloth to cool the temp down... or soak in cool water.

I have 12 hour shifts all week
And they're probably gonna mandate Friday, which will at least only be an eight
Why am I on 12s this week? Well on my shift there's one guy who knows the metal barrel assembly and he was out all last week
Which pissed off metals. They're kicking into high gear and need them to where as soon as first has some made, they're being pulled
So our lead got harped on, which is a no-no. The #1 (unwritten) rule is to not do anything that draws attention to him, and thus us
And I was voluntold that I was doing it by our supervisor
I'm gonna be so tired by Thursday
And they're probably gonna mandate Friday, which will at least only be an eight

It's not a rule in any official capacity, it's one of the "rules" that you learn about
And of course the guy called off again, he's out of FMLA for the month, out of personal time for the year, and if he has another attendance hit he's out the door so he has to show up next shift ahahahaha
But the guy on first said that I did pretty well for my first time, I was supposed to be there all might but because the other guy called off again supervisor did an override and I have absent dude's work instead, because two hours on a complex job isn't enough

It's part of the same job code I'm under, so no. Not unless I bid into a position with a job code that has higher pay

The place has a reputation for being terrible and the union within for being useless
Coworkers are overall great tho. As long as someone doesn't come in and decide they're hot shit and calling the shots, we run smoothly
Of course, I'm also on nights so I don't deal with upper management and they love to micromanage
