I hope no one had any issues with the underwater eruption that caused a tsunami advisory.

An underwater volcano near Tonga caused a Tsunami advisory. I think the news says there was a 4 foot surge on the west coast.

I wonder if there will be enough to make a new island.

Unfortunately the islands in the vicinity have a lot of ash damage.

I saw a video of this guy saying “the tsunami took the water!” I can’t remember where is was and which tsunami but I find that interesting.

So it was actually the same tsunami. I looked it up and it pulled water from California, which I didn’t really know what tsunamis really do. I knew it was similar to a hurricane. But I saw another video about it and literally leaves coral behind, anything that is too heavy. I feel bad for sea life though :(

Its easy to forget that seismic and geological activity is always going on below us ... look at the slow movement of the Hawaiian islands volcano ... until there is sudden activity like the Tongo islands and then half the world is affected by Tsunami warnings from it.

I’m at least safe from all hurricane and tsunami activity. Only rain is what we get, we are about to get our third snowfall of the year tonight. I’m not excited whatsoever
