Hmmmm... The mystery of the missing post. XD

It's one of my favourite Pokemon! The cute and cool Eon Pokemon, Latias! ^^ And thank you, I hoped it was cute!

Ah Latias... boy do i have a story about that Pokemon from when me and my friends did a randomized Nuzlocke challenge

So you know that the rules of a Nuzlocke challenge is that you are only allowed to catch the first Pokemon that you encounter on the route/ area and that if you kill this Pokemon then you've lost your chance. And as for your Pokemon once they faint they are 'dead' and you can't use them. Since it was my first Nuzlocke and they were teaching me, we dropped the second rule.
And we were playing a randomized too so the normal Pokemon that you would find in an area were all random... as well as the Pokemon that gym leaders and even the starters were all random (Starters were Mothim, Persian and Arceus) (We rolled a dice to see who got Arceus and i won)
And the game we were playing was Black and White.
So... I was getting my encounter and it wasn't that far into the game... maybe the second city. And my team wasn't looking so good. Arceus was basically the only useful and powerful Pokemon i had and was basically carrying my whole team.
So i walked into the grass and i encountered Latias.
So Latias has a move called Wish, meaning that it can restore its health and it also has a low PP on most of its moves so i didn't have very long before it would start struggling.
Since i didn't want to use Arceus (It was too powerful and had started disobeying me) i had no choice but to use one of my less powerful Pokemon...
It was so close to being caught. I watched the ball roll around three times before releasing Latias
Again i almost got it.... its health was low and it couldn't heal anymore.
Both friends had paused their game and were trying to help me catch it.
But then it struggled and killed itself ;-;
I had to go back through some grass to leave the area and guess what i encountered?
Latias.

I've never heard of a Nuzlocke challenge before, and it all seems very strange. But that does seem very undesirable. Although, would you consider it a good thing you encountered it again and had another shot at it, or a bad thing because you had to go through the whole thing again?
Also, that's one thing I really hate, is a Pokemon with a healing move. Especially one I'm trying to catch. And even more especially one that's a Legendary and is therefore hard to catch. I lower the HP, and I throw an Ultra Ball, and it pops back out and heals itself! Then I have to lower its HP again, and try again, and it does the same thing! It's like; "argh! Do you WANT me to make you faint? Because I'll do it. I'm not afraid to. I've got the save power, b*tch, and I saved right before this battle. I can try this as many times as I want, with no consequences. What you got on that? That's right, you got nothing on that! Not so legendary now, are you? So how about you stop F-ing healing yourself, you get in the Ultra Ball, and you Let. Me. Catch. You?" And then I try to plead with it, or to compliment it as much as possible. Just plead, compliment, or threaten, that's what I do. Sometimes I just quietly yell at it. Or I just stare. Sometimes I even look away, so that way, maybe if I don't look, I'll suddenly catch it. But anyway, you should see me when I'm trying to catch a Pokemon that refuses to be caught. You could make a YouTube video with me trying to catch it, I bet it would make for quite the funny video! ^^ But I guess, if it's a Pokemon I really want, and I'm not just getting it for the Pokedex, or because it's a Legendary, then I'm willing to sacrifice more.

In the Nuzlocke you're only allowed to catch the very first encounter on that route. So even if you find the same Pokemon later, you can't catch it. Even if you save before and soft reset your game back to the save file you can't try again.
I actually cried when i killed my first shiny Pokemon... it was so sad. And it wasn't my fault either i was just trying to take a photo and...

Well in the settings you can change it so that the L button also works as an A button
and i have a 2DS so the L and R buttons are really easy to press anyway and i had my DS sitting on my lap to take the photo and i must have accidentally pressed L so i just saw the shiny faint through the camera on my laptop screen...
It was traumatic
The idea of having L = A is so that you can hatch eggs and do other things really quickly with only one hand but i forgot to turn it off

You can trade, yes, but i was doing a challenge with my friend and trading was against the rules
