ugh! Nasal decondestant's can help but make sure you are drinking enough fluids to help flush all the germs out...and try to get some rest too.

My neighbor the doctor recommends mucinex sinus (any generic with the same ingredients is fine) for colds. Instead of just drying your sinuses out, it helps remove the bad stuff.
