Eskimo pies got a name change in 2020 : "Edy's Pie (formerly known as Eskimo Pie) is an American brand of chocolate-covered vanilla ice cream bar wrapped in foil.

I always thought Eskimo's were amazing, they can withstand really cold temperatures & make the most of their environment... you have to be very clever & observant to be able to live where it is so cold & dark most of the year. But I never looked up where the word Eskimo came from.

What I always wondered is, how do you get the air you breathe in warmed up. Below freezing the air is like shards of glass cutting when you breathe.
