Wow! You are moving along quickly!! That is so wonderful!

Have you seen some of the Japanese paper art that folds out to be 3D, it is fascinating! The Kawaii show often highlights unique and "cute" art.

I’ve seen pictures! It looks so delicate!

My crafty talents were limited to origami. I’m terrible at it now, but I used to love making modular pieces.

I saw one that is flat like a book and when you open it up it is shaped like the world.

Have you seen the cards where they roll the paper and make exquisite designs out of them? They literally are works of art that I would want to frame.

YES!!! And ones that are a whole picture. A local shop sells them and I love to go and just look at them. They sell for $10 up a card.

Every year, she makes dozens of the exact same card with an exacto-knife. It’s incredible.

I was trying to find an example of her work, but couldn’t.

People are endlessly creative. There’s a fun d3.js program on github that takes an image and turns it into a fun thing to click, where bubbles divide themselves and the original image is slowly revealed. It’s so cool.
