Yes, you are one of the originals! How did you find Windlyn so early? I don't think google even ranked us yet back then.

Someone on a different site brought it up and I went ooh shiny

And then there was a second (larger) wave a year or so later from that site and I had to run damage control on that site telling people that between the site updating that was going on and all of them trying to register at once, they were overloading the server, calm down
The poor person who had made that thread thanked me profusely for being there for that shitshow of a thread. Some people got hella banned because they kept trying to register on the same email or something and got pissed because (at the time, at least) it mentioned on the registration page that doing so would cause that to happen
I do know you had to pause it just to smooth things out and calm everyone down

I don't think any of them are left tho
