Ruh roh, looks like batteries getting hot are a known problem.

But still not solutions. HOWEVER, I have a couple of experiments to try and perhaps we can figure something out.

1. Try rebooting your phone and not doing anything on it. Does it heat up like that?
> If YES, click settings; battery. It should tell you what is using the most power

2. If NO, try just doing one thing on it (like just browsing). Does it heat up?
> If NO, try something else that you do on the phone. Do one at a time and check to see if it heats up.

This will get us started finding a culprit.
