The basement stairs are a bit on the narrow side (old house joys) and being mostly enclosed, the railing takes up valuable space we can't really afford to lose

The front steps are gonna be redone in wood
Carpet tile in the bathroom cuz dad wants shit done and over with asap (proper replacement n such will be done later)
Oh, the "mud" on the electrical panel is, uh, fixed. And there's no rules on what color the panel is supposed to be so now it's obnoxiously bright

Dad also found some loose shingles so the roof guy is gonna come over and check in on the roof, see what's going on

Oooboy, roofing problems... hope it's nothing serious. When we has a leak, it turned out to be humungous wet/rot underneath. The shingle issue was like the proverbial tip of the iceberg!

I hope it's not too serious for you guys!

Is a new(ish) roof, installed back in '12, so hopefully no problems

Appraiser came by again. Apparently she loved the obnoxiously colored electrical panel and took pics in ways to hide the, uh, less desirable stuff
So hopefully the underwriters will be appeased

Maybe the electrical panel will glow in the dark so if the breaker goes out at night you can find it more easily.

I've restarted Tomodachi Life (would love a Switch remake, especially with Miitopia level customization), but instead of being random Miis n such, people I know irl barring Professor, Professor is special Mii and exampt from this rule, with permission
