Yeah just waiting for the parents to get everything together and/or sorted out so they can get the house emom wants before I can really start working on making the place mine

Sadly the garage is full of random crap, dad's workshop, and a lot of garbage, so there's no room anywhere to store anything I do get

Not as painful as the fact that I now have Monday mandates on top of the Saturday mandates so six days a week

Aaaaaand I somehow ended up on the lines despite it being a mandate for just my area, so I was only there for two hours

And considering my lead had two jobs set for me and the office guy who has to handle the area when he's out checked in, I think it's safe to say that we are badly behind
Office guy was very happy to hear that I had a second job. Or that the second one was at the non-print bagger

Lately my lead has been mandated for ten hours. He runs nine as it is, so for him it's just an extra hour
On the paper for this week's mandates, the person completely forgot to make sure the dates were right, and kept the ones that listed him for the tens on last week
He took advantage of that and scootled right at his normal end time XD

Anyway if they try and get my lead in trouble for poofing because they have the time wrong, I have pics showing the mandates with the wrong dates and the pics timestamped in case they try to pull a sneaky and change 'em out

Also I'm pretty sure that since the supervisors know why I took Thursday off, they're going to intentionally not say anything to me about it and basically let it slide
They have only so many work days to get to us about it, and after that the hit doesn't count, even for the year it shows because they take a full frickin year to drop
So technically I'm at two of four, but since my superintendent found out two MONTHS after (looking at attendance for something else), that first one doesn't count lol

I think you're safe. They're obviously short of good employees with experience. They won't do anything to lose you on something you legitimatley needed time off for.

Overtime is nice, but it will wear you down. One of my first jobs had mandatory 2 hour overtime every day. So with lunch and breaks it was almost 11 hours on site. Then add the commute... it was a like/hate situation.

They can and will get rid of good employees over attendance. Couple friends of mine were canned from here over that
