I learned Piano years ago and it was so so with it.

Isn't it!? Its just too bad the piano teacher in the high school I went to was an arse I wouldn't teach anymore classes after the first.... Uhg! He actually kicked me and my friend out of his class when our counselors stuck us in his class again.... Literally kicked us out... We had no choice but to go to our counselors and find a new class... He was the same guy who kicked my friend out of voluntary choir....

Nope... He did. I did say he was an arse. Its bad enough the class I was in, he had a favorite student... She had obviously had piano classes as a kid.... And instead of letting some negkegent child learn to play the piano he let her stay in the class....

Ahahah. He's not a teacher to me anymore. I've been out of high school for five years. But yeah, he was something else....

Yeah... So unfortunateky I feel like I didn't learn as well as I could have in his class... But at least I know I can reteach myself once I get a piano/keyboard going.

I had learned Piano/keyboard as a kid and let me tell you something I can't remember a dang thing I learned. I wanted to do guitar or drums but my family couldn't afford that so I had to have piano. >_>

Ahaha that's good. Sometimes I feel as if teaching myself works better than having someone teaching me. My mom used to force me to learn piano to the point I started hating it.

How your family afford a piano but not a guitar? (Like what kind of piano are we talking about here?)

I had piano lessons when I was about 5. My English still wasn't so good though. We'd just moved from Germany a few years before. And the teacher told me that my hands were so pretty she wanted to cut them off and frame them. I ran home crying and refused to go back for lessons. I didn't get that she was joking because of my poor English.

i learnt guitar for a little while~ but then i got bored and stopped practicing :/

Haha I had a hand me down Keyboard given to me to practice on at home or if I was visiting my grandmother I could use hers. The school however had a piano that anyone can use for free so that was what I used in school to learn on however it made the classes so long because so many people needed to use it.
