But
But
Vampires DO have souls! ><

Also that is interesting

I wonder if they only suck blood as a bat, so they don't have to pee in vampire form?

Apparently Vampires don't eat either & alcohol doesn't affect them ... or maybe alcohol sucks them dry so they don't drink it hahaha

Somewhere in time the knowledge that blood gives life got distorted.

Vampires are interesting beings.

I almost forgot that they don't like garlic, either.

Ya, it is was a full panel blood test. I normally do it once a year but there are a few things that are being monitored so this is a check to see if the medicine is helping...not a big thing...just being proactive.

Changing how I eat has helped reduced issues, and I lost weight, I just need to get out and move more then I do. I am on my feet most of the day at work but I should actually walk rather then just walk from room to room ...if you know what I mean.

I've been walking a lot recently

Also look at you getting blood drawn so the local vampires have something to drink! How nice of you!

That reminds me, there was a vampire show where, in attempt to be more human, the vampires would use blood in bags instead of biting a live person... so nice of them!

How much blood does a vampire really require anyway?

I get what you mean. Do you live near a park, or is your neighborhood pretty safe to take walks in? Maybe on your days off you could make time to take a 30 minute - 1 hour walk. Hopefully the weather starts cooling down where you're at so the temperature could be comfortable to walk in!

What vampire show is that? That short summary sounds familiar.

haha I don't remember for sure but think it was the Vampire Diaries.

Sadly, I don't know if it is safe to be walking alone anymore. But I agree, better to do it in a place where others are around in case you need help, not in an isolated place.

"Sadly, I don't know if it is safe to be walking alone anymore." This is partly why I don't walk as much as I used to. @-@ I used to take walks by myself every day, but now my anxiety gets the better of me and asks "what if?" I might try to push through my anxiety, though, so I could clean up trash in my neighborhood soon. I practically hate my neighborhood; the people here are so filthy.

The last walk I took was on a nature trail with a friend back in August. I bet the trail is even more beautiful now that it's fall.

Arc, see if you could get a friend or your Sister to go for walks with you ...even if just a few times a month.
I suppose take a phone with you if you go out & text family or someone to say you are heading for a walk & let them know the route. Just remember to text them you are back so they don't worry!

My coworker walks her dog in the morning before work, she has a friend drive to meet her & they go out for about an hour. They are crazy though as they will walk in the dark with flashlights during the winter!

Be aware of your surroundings which means no wearing ear buds & make sure you don't walk too close to dark.

I'm sorry your neighbors don't clean up after themselves, can you form a neighborhood group to clean up with you? Here they have beach clean up days where volunteers clean up after the tourists (Seriously, why come to a nice area & ruin it for others by leaving your trash?? No respect).

I know of Vampire Knight, but I think I've only ever read a few pages back in the day.

My sister used to live up the street from me and we'd take walks together. I miss having her so close to me. I think I'd rather take walks in her neighborhood because it's near a quiet, peaceful area. And she lives next to one of the walking trails, so that's a plus! Your coworker and her friend walking in the dark with flashlights is crazy, but I guess it's better that they do it together than alone. @-@

As for organizing a cleanup, I've thought about it a few times. I live near a university and there are off-campus student apartments a few blocks over. I've thought about maybe organizing a cleanup for students to get volunteer hours if they need them, but I'm a bit iffy. I don't have faith in the people in my neighborhood, either. Idk, maybe I'll give it a shot and see what happens. It's very disheartening that tourists trash the areas that they're touring. You'd think by now there'd be more regulations on that. :/

Arc, Now that you mention it, Universities DO have programs for Students to earn community hours. See if they already have a program in place & ask if they will do your area.

Walking near your Sister's sounds like something to look forward to.

Check if you University you live near allows you to work out at their gym or pool ... you have to pay for it but ours would have certain hours that were open to the public... not sure if rules changed after covid.
