Except I needed to eat and get wood up from the basement
Both of which got resolved cuz dad came over to get more stuff from the kitchen and in the process decided to throw wood up, so now I have plenty up and had some soup
House started at 61, jumped up to 67 in about half an hour, currently reading 70. Very toasty, but as long as the fire doesn't entirely die I can keep it going easily enough
Also spent an hour before nightfall getting more wood into the basement, now I gotta get it stacked so I can make room for the rest of the wood. On the plus side, the stuff still outside is more or less entirely under the two tarps now and the ones that made getting up the driveway impossible without going on the grass are out of the way

My one cousin has apparently applied to a local factory (not the one I work dad), and if he gets it he planned to have a space with my parents. Dad pointed out that I have four bedrooms, I have a lot more space, so I potentially have a roommate, which will be helpful with bills, keeping the house warm, and depending on which shift, having someone here at more or less all times, making it easier to get the bathroom fixed

He is, he is. He had planned on finishing the kitchen moving this weekend, but the truck had something completely shit out and he can't figure out what so he's gotta get a proper diagnosis from a professional
And it's one of those "do NOT put this off unless you want your vehicle to be wrecked" things
But we're getting close, and had some funny moments of "no wonder why I can't find that, it's still here!", so hopefully depending on what broke and everything he'll finish the kitchen next weekend and go on to the bathroom
If I'd known the kitchen would've taken so long I prolly would've flipped them. Oh well

Electric company's site is being a PITA tho. It requires an account number but when I give it the number I was given it either doesn't exist or I need to go back a page to put down what kind of account (gas, electric, etc) it is. Except going back a page takes me to their home page. Not helpful in the slightest
