China's government got spooked when riots started being planned on Facebook, so they start blocking anything that threatens. President Xi JinPing has title of president but we're still very much communist. They like people here to not have acess to bad information. President Xi Jinping has make it so he has no term limit so I heard.

Blocking things to a certain extent can be a good thing...(like parental blocking on computers for young people) but the freedom of information should be allowed so long as it isn't "fake news" being broad cast as real...or propoganda trying to sway people <which is "advertising in a way" but not being presented as such>...technology can be used for good or used to manipulate...it's sad really how much abuse is on the internet.

So I have some good news. Well, good for me, anyway. I aced a job interview, so soon I'll be working! Woo!

No idea when I start. I have to bring in a second piece of ID and answer two questions I didn't know the answer to, and then I need to wait for the back check to be done and for them to send me emails with further instructions.
