It really was! We had half one night and the other half the next, and it was even better the second time around!

cheesecake tastes better after it sits so it usually is better the second day.

OKAY SO THE STORY
Local nursery
Mom wanted to show me something they had but by the time we got there they had sold it (damn)
So what the hell they've got some new stuff, and some other things I've been looking at
Small colored rocks to mimic water
Hollow log
Bunch of fairies in said log kinda crammed in there looking like they're on a log flume ride like you'd see at a water park
I want them all cuz that's just too good to pass up
Now, the owner of the place is actually there
Very unusual mom's never seen him in before
So we talk to him, and he talks to the manager and we get a 10% discount
Dad also got a gargoyle he liked as soon as we saw it because while he insists that he doesn't want x he actually does. He's pretty goofy like that sometimes
Mom said I could choose up to six
There's...fifteen? Give or take? I got them all
Yay
Mom was irked slightly about the rocks cuz I grabbed all three colors but hey they were a buck each even before the discount

And they all got moved so I gotta go hunting dammit

Well that's nice that you got a discount! And that seems cute with the log fairies! And gargoyles are cool too.

Good luck finding them!

Sounds fantastic! Show us pictures when you're ready, please! :)

I need inspiration. I was at Home Depot looking at plants today, but couldn't find any of the plants listed in the links way back (in the beginner/easy section).

I was looking for a plant named Elephant Food to possibly use as a bonsai base plant because it's supposed tobe the best CO2 breather around (to help the environment), but they didn't have anything named like that (I'll have to look up the other names they're called). It can grow into a huge bush, but it's supposed to like the climate here, so I thought I might try to make a mini giant bush that a mini elephant in my fairy garden would like to knosh on! ;)

Some plants you'll likely have to special order, or go to a nursery for
