I would think that things will slow down a bit once the holidays are over. Also, once you get into the new routine it'll be easier and take less time. I think the worst/hardest part is behind you now!

One of these days you should try convincing her to split that Bionicle set with you. :grin_wink:

Funny you should say that
I figured, if I were to not buy any gift for multiple months, I could theoretically buy the Bionicle as a gift spanning multiple months. Iirc the set was $300, and I usually spend around maybe $50 a month on a gift. So, if I save for 6 months, I could potentially get the Bionicle!

Hopefully! Though I'll have to get used to it again after being off for the holidays!

Woah! What Bionacle are you trying to get? A custom build? Could you buy the parts and build it yourself? It might be cheaper that way. Idr if I've said this before, but take a look on bricklink. They also have a free program you can download to design your own builds in. The program also links to the market, so you can see who's selling the parts you used. :cheer:

Are they still making bionicle's??

What generation are they on now?

Remember when Burger King (I think it was, Or maybe McD's? ) gave bionicle's with their kids meals?

Bionicles are no more, so the old ones are collectors items almost, hence the price
My family advised me to not get it, because the age might mean the pieces are loose or almost broken, since there's no way to tell until it's already here
I don't rember

You too!

Funny thing, before the trip I looked at Switch game cartridge cases with my mom, but then she suddenly said she couldn't get me it because she had already bought for me
But I knew she was fibbing
Cut to me today opening my gifts and what do I see? A Pokemon Switch game cartridge case just for me!

I'm sure the Bionicle sets are fine, and even if the pieces are loose I'm sure you could make due with some glue or something. If you truly want the set at some point, don't let others deter you. >-<

I remember the McDonald's Bionicle toys!

Sounds like a nice Christmas gift you got. :')

Space projector like the kind that puts stars on the ceiling? We used to have glow in the dark star stickers on the ceiling--old school. LOL
