I haven't seen Dune in secondhand bookstores yet! There might be older copies in other locations... or perhaps too many people also didn't like the new covers lol

IME a lot of people moved to stream services or cloud storage instead of owning physical DVDs. Most PCs don't even come with a DVD player these days.

It's my sister's birthday today




In other news I got blasted in the face by non-alcoholic wine at work last night!

But is that considered a job hazard?? Something must have shaken them up to cause them to explode.

I got her a steam gift card for $50
I'm all birthday poemd out tbh, I used to do poems for everyone's bday, but they started getting repetitive

Well it was in this case where the bottles poke out at the top
It was damaged but I didn't know
I saw an opened chocolate bar behind it
I grabbed the case by the handle and lifted it
Three bottles fell, but no glass broke
What did happen was that one landed upright and it's cap broke off causing it to launch the liquid right in my face
So yeah, I was not happy



In other news I came home early today because I'm extremely tired, and I have a headache and sore throat

Well I'm fine now, I think I just needed sleep, considering I had to stay up late to wake up my dad the morning before the non alcoholic wine incident, and now that I'm rested it's all good

In other news I'm waiting for my mom to wake up so I can get new glasses or at least get these ones fixed

I'm watching Dune part 2 in theaters tonight!
Also last night was such a blast playing Mario Kart with friends for Mario Day!
