Late getting up to go to work so not enough time and I don't take a lunch at work...just work straight through. I generally try to eat something for breakfast. I think it throws the body systems off if one doesn't get enough food in a day, so I wouldn't recommend not eating.

Oh dear, that's no good. I don't eat lunch, myself, since my medication makes me not hungry around lunch time, and I don't eat a lot at supper. However, an hour or two after dinner, I need to eat a snack, and maybe even have another one later.

healthy snacks are good to do, some medical conditions require the person to eat small meals throughtout the day...maybe that's what you need to do? Ask next time you see your Doctor.

It is! I absolutely loved it when I went to see it! It was a cool story, with cool characters, and really great visuals!
