hello....I am assuming a noodle nudist is plain noodles with no sauce? I have to admit I don't like noodles plain, too bland for me.

I like my italian style noodles with a tomato based sauce and cheese (mozerella/parmesan/colby) or with just the sheese

I prefer my oriental noodles stir fried with a sauce of some type ( hunan or black bean or oyster based sauce, teriyaki) with veggies

What do you like to bake?
