With school buses it poses more of a problem if everyone wore seat-belts because I think it's harder for everyone to safely evacuate. The situation I remember is when a bus gets knocked on it's side.

I think the touring buses have seatbelts if you want to wear them but they are individual chairs and not one straight seat. Seats on the buses for the multiple stops in the city are a different design altogether.

Can you imagine if the magic schoolbus was real? I loved watching those shows...they were science without the fiction of scifi!

I know, right! MSB was one of the best things Microsoft ever got behind and made happen. I seem to recall seeing that they started the series again with new episodes, but I'm not sure (about a year ago). :/
