Maybe you should let them know it is a safe site...you are over 18 so are able to make your own decisions but you do live under their roof and have to live by their rules, and they may be concerned about internet safety etc (and do they pay for your phone and internet etc?).

I don't want you to get kicked out of the house, Npixelz . I would think if you showed them the avatar's and the Windlyn site you'd be ok. We try to only give out general information on here, no real specifics.

They've seen the site before, and didn't like it, for some reason. But don't worry, I don't think they'll kick me out of the house for this.

Npixelz , well, considering we really don't know how old anybody is unless they state so, it could be us reflecting how we perceived you. I know when you first joined I thought you were about Jr. High age until you mentioned something that made me believe you had to be older. But generally it is the younger age where the parents determine how much their child can be on online, after 18 it is really up to the individual except under certain circumstances which yours seem to be. And what's wrong with being a little child-like, whimsical, sometimes! It's all part of the charm.

Yeah, personally, if I was treated like a child, I didn't notice, and I don't care either way. When I first came here, I was basically a child, I was quite young physically, and even younger emotionally, and behaviourally. The only part of me that wasn't young, was my mind. Although I wasn't nearly as young physically as I was apparently treated. But I think it might also be that my mom was just trying to find a fault in the site, since I had been on previous sites and had continuously been caught disobeying my mom by going on them.

I'm sure if anyone here did treat anyone like a child or whatever, I'm sure they were kind in any case. Well I'm grateful for everyone here.

Okay there's about 50 people to block when you're new on rec so it's not fully toxic sludge in their GD
If we go by account count, you can hit 100+ because hey mules
